Refund policy

We accept returns within 2 business days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

Non-eligible items: Custom or made-to-order pieces, limited-edition colors, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to initiate a return: Contact us at lulelulebags@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send the item back until you have received written confirmation from us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective items or shipping errors: If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. In these cases, Lulé Lulé Bags will cover the return shipping cost and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you request an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item is also the customer's responsibility.

Refund processing: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Exchanges are subject to availability — since our collections are small and limited, we cannot always guarantee the same piece in a different color or size.
