Terms of Service

1. General By making a purchase at Lulé Lulé Bags, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products All Lulé Lulé Bags pieces are handmade in our workshop in Medellín, Colombia, using 100% genuine premium leather selected by the founder. Natural variations in leather grain, texture, finish, and hardware are inherent to handcrafted leather goods and are not considered defects — they are part of the authenticity and character of each piece.

3. Prices and payments All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

4. Shipping Orders are processed and shipped from Colombia within 3 business days of payment confirmation. We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Customs charges and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and exchanges Returns must be requested within 2 business days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces and limited-edition colors are not eligible for return. Return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Customization Lulé Lulé Bags does not offer mass custom production. Special order inquiries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on workshop availability and materials. Contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing a special order.
