Delivery times Estimated delivery time to the United States is 7 to 15 business days from the dispatch date.

Shipping cost Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and is automatically displayed at checkout before purchase. Customs or import taxes are not included.

Carriers We ship via FedEx and DHL to ensure the security and tracking of every order.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customs and import taxes Orders shipped from Colombia to the United States may be subject to customs charges, import taxes, and duties upon delivery.
