Shipping Policy

Every Lulé Lulé bag is handmade in Medellín, Colombia, and shipped directly to you in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is calculated by the weight and volume of your order and shown at checkout. It includes import duties and taxes.

Processing time

For pieces in stock, we prepare your order in 3 business days. We pack it with care and hand it to our export partner, who gets it ready for international shipping. If a piece is made to order, check the timeline on its product page. For special orders, we confirm the timeline before you buy.

Delivery time

Once picked up, your order arrives in 5 to 8 business days with FedEx or DHL. In total, you can expect your bag 8 to 11 business days after your purchase.

Tracking

Add your email at checkout to receive tracking updates and delivery confirmation.

If the carrier asks you to pay anything at delivery

Your checkout total already includes import duties and taxes. If FedEx or DHL asks you for any additional payment, please contact us before paying, so we can help you.

Sending a gift

You can ship your bag directly to someone else. Just enter their address at checkout. The price is not included in the package.

We currently ship through this store to the United States and Puerto Rico. If you’re in another country, message us on WhatsApp at +57 321 640 4738 and we’ll send you a personalized quote for shipping, taxes and delivery time.
